会议收到的大量论文,从不同侧面讨论了加强实验教学的必要性和重要性。经过大会和小会的交流,特别是经过长期教学实践的检验,很多同志都深信:化学学科离开了科学实验这一基础,将失掉它赖以继续发展的根基和源泉;化学教学,特别是基础教育阶段的化学教学,如果不重视实验教学,将对青少年智能的发展与科学世界观、方法论的培养,带来不良影响。在我国中学化学教学中实际存在的“机械的学习”盛行,“高分低能”以及“多学低能”现象,已给培育四化需要的人才造成了很不好的后果。令人可喜的是,这次大会已向我们展现了全国在重视和加强实验教学与实验室的建设和科学管理方面,初步开创的新局面、新气象。我们认为,尽管各省、各地的条件和水平存在着差距,但是,把大会规定的三个分题目,认真地进行有相当深度和相当广泛的准备、交流、
The conference received a large number of papers, from different aspects discussed the necessity and importance of strengthening experimental teaching. After the meeting and the exposition, especially after long-term teaching practice, many comrades are deeply convinced that the chemistry subject has left the foundation of scientific experiment and will lose the foundation and source of its continued development.
