本文通过卫Ⅳ项目所建立的县、乡、村卫生人力数据库分析了开封市 94个乡 2 6 89名乡卫技人员的基本特征及结构比例。其中 ,男∶女 =5 0 5∶4 95 ,卫技人员年龄多集中在 2 5~ 30岁 ,专业学历 :中专学历占 2 8 9% ,大专以上学历仅为 9 6 7% ,而无学历人员 16 5 1人 ,高达 6 1 4% ,高级职称人员占 0 7% ,中级职称人员占 10 8% ,初级职称人员 5 5 3% ,无职称人员 33 2 % ,医疗∶护理 =2 75∶1,医护比例失调 ,且质量低下。笔者认为 ,要把医学教育重点放到在岗人员的培训上 ,加强岗位在职培训 ,实行总量控制 ,调整专业结构比例 ,提高卫技人员专业素质。使农村卫生人力协调发展。
This article analyzes the basic characteristics and structural proportions of 269 rural medical technicians in 94 townships in Kaifeng City through the health human resources database of county, township and village established by Wei IV Project.
