针对重轨生产中经常存在下头侧轧疤表面缺陷,经分析认为:属加热炉梁上垫块结瘤,加热炉内高温下钢坯压在瘤子上出现凹坑,经后工序多道次轧制形成轧疤表面缺陷。因停炉清除瘤子不能得到长久根除,采取了适时调整加热炉内钢坯位置,避免钢坯长期压在同一位置,使缺陷得到了有效防治。
