当前,争先建立“硅谷”的热潮正在全国各地兴起,至少有１０多个城市都在规划建设所谓“中国的硅谷”。但是什么是“硅谷”?“硅谷”的本质特征是创业公司的栖息地。为什么那么多地方都认为自己有可能建设“硅谷”?其根据可能是他们认为本地有相当多的高科技人才聚集或者是能够?
