白介素2(IL-2)可使转移性癌缩小,但同时具有全身毒性,因而临床应用受到限制。对己酮可可碱是否能减轻IL-2诱导的微循环改变及其对IL-2毒性的抑制作用进行了研究。实验采用雄性S-D大鼠,150~200g,实验前腹腔注射戊巴比妥50mg/kg麻醉,气管切开,插管保持呼吸通畅,颈动脉插管持续观测血压变化,记录心率。切开右侧阴囊,打开提睾肌,保持神经血管供应完整。
Interleukin 2 (IL-2) can reduce the metastatic cancer, but at the same time has systemic toxicity, and therefore the clinical application is limited. Pentoxifylline could reduce the IL-2-induced changes of microcirculation and its inhibitory effect on IL-2 toxicity. Male SD rats (150-200 g) were anesthetized by intraperitoneal injection of pentobarbital (50 mg / kg). Tracheotomy and intubation were performed to maintain the respiration. Carotid artery cannulation was used to observe the change of blood pressure and the heart rate was recorded. Open the scrotum on the right side, open cremaster muscle, to maintain complete supply of nerve blood vessels.
