教育的根本目的是促进学生的发展,这样的发展是学生内在的学识因素和心理因素的进步,表现出来是气质、修养和求解问题的策略的变化。班级授课制下,学生在同一时间内由同一个教师教学同一个内容,课堂目标也是既定的,但学生的发展决不是整齐划一的,而是一个动态的、多样化的过程,所以说,发展永远是有差异的。因为人的先天因素、家庭背景、个性特征、学习的兴趣和最近发展区、思维的品质等等都决定着课堂上学生的发展是差异性的。“以学定教”的课堂价值取向,必然要正视发展的差异性,并把这种差异当作教学的可靠资源。
