成功的课堂,应该是师生二者通过课堂互动都有所提高,即所谓教学相长。有效的课堂互动应能达到以下基本要求:第一,学生的主体地位应该在课堂上得到充分的体现;第二,教师的主导作用应该在课堂上得到充分的发挥;第三,两种地位和作用应该是协调存在的。也就是说,教师应该是学生学习的帮助者、促进者,而不单纯是知识的传授者与灌输者。据此,笔者结合教学实践提出了课堂有效互动的一般标准。一学生的学习动机是否被激发
