关于人类咽鼓管的组织学、生理学及功能解剖已有不少报告,但尚缺乏对咽鼓管从低级向高级动物发展的比较解剖学以及动物和人类咽鼓管年龄改变的研究。作者系统地研究了具有鼓室和咽鼓管的动物,从两栖类开始包括爬虫类、鸟类及哺乳类,比较他们的咽鼓管解剖构造,并与人类咽鼓管年龄改变对比,得到下述成果:(1)两栖类青蛙及爬虫类蜥蜴咽鼓管呈广阔开放状
There have been many reports on the histology, physiology and functional anatomy of human Eustachian tubes. However, there is a lack of comparative anatomy for the development of Eustachian tubes from lower to higher animals and studies on the age changes of eustachian tubes in animals and humans.
