对142例成年下肢固定标本进行解剖,发现足背动脉4例异常发自胖动脉穿支,为积累资料和供临床工作者参考,报道如下:1 尸检 发现胫前动脉4例发育不良(管径小于1mm),向前穿小腿骨间膜上方达小腿前区,经胫骨前肌和趾长伸肌之间伴行腓深神经下降.其中2例胫前动脉沿途发肌支和皮支后,主于细小(管径约0.5mm),行经胫骨和(?)长伸肌之间下降与异常足背动脉起始处所发的升支连接;其外侧皮支穿前肌间隔下降,在外踝上方5～6cm处与异常足背动脉升支吻合.另2例胫前动脉较粗,主干(管径0.6～0.7mm)下降达小腿下1/3近侧部,与发自异常足背动脉的跗内侧动脉升支吻合.腓动脉穿支粗大(管径2.5～3.0mm),在外踝上方4～6cm处穿小腿骨间膜下方达小腿前下区,延续为异常足背动脉.此动脉起始段呈直线或轻度弯曲斜向足背前内侧,经(?)长伸肌腱外侧和(?)短伸肌腱深方达第一跖骨间隙分为两终支.途中发支如常,分布于足部.其中2例在起始处发升支与胫前动脉及其外侧皮支吻合.另2例斜越距骨前方达足背,在邻近踝关节平面处发跗内侧动脉,此动脉升支沿胫骨向上与胫前动脉吻合.
