0.引言随着钻井一体化仪表系统和设备数字化进程的不断发展,传感器、编码器、变送器等(如转盘转速传感器、泥浆回流传感器、泵冲传感器)在电控系统中的大量应用,这就需要控制系统提供稳定的DC24V电源,如果其中存在一条线路有问题,其他各路都将受到影响,甚者造成整个控制系统崩溃。在实际应用中,我们常使用西门子SITOP电源,它能提供诸如宽范围输入、升压或过载保护等功能,并可配装所有SITOP附加模块,以满足广泛的24V电源供电要求。本文依据70D钻机施工中所遇到的电控状况,提出了利用加装电流报警器来实现控制系统的电源短路保护。
0. Introduction With the continuous development of the integrated process of drilling instrument system and equipment digitalization, sensors, encoders, transmitters, etc. (such as turntable speed sensor, mud return sensor, pump red sensor) This requires the control system to provide a stable DC24V power supply. If there is a problem with one of the lines, the others will be affected, causing the entire control system to collapse. In practice, we often use Siemens SITOP power supplies, which offer functions such as wide range input, step-up or overload protection, and can be fitted with all SITOP add-on modules to meet a wide range of 24V power requirements. Based on the electric control conditions encountered in the construction of 70D drilling rig, this paper proposes the use of additional current alarm to achieve the power supply short circuit protection of the control system.
