患者,女,53岁。因右眼雾视3天,完全视物不清2天,外院以右眼玻璃体出血收入院。双眼原为高度近视。5天前始觉右眼雾视,似有黑丝闪动。2天前又觉右眼顾侧出现黑影并渐扩大至完全视物不清。外院用有关药物治疗35天始发现视网膜脱离而转入我院。体检:右眼视力眼前数指,镜片矫正视力无提高。左眼视力0.1(-11.00DS→0.7)。右角膜后少许色素性沉着物。房水闪光阳性。晶体呈点状混浊。玻璃体浓缩,下方陈旧性出血。视网膜全脱离伴星状固定皱折,其周边部9—12点格子状变性,1—3点片
