本项研究系对麻醉狗采用吸入低氧混合气所致的缺氧,吸入纯氧所致的无氧性缺氧和室息性缺氧时,观察脑血流量、颅内压和脑电图的变化。结果表明:缺氧时脑电图的变化具有时相性的特征:首先出现低振幅快波,然后是高振幅慢波,接着是高振幅慢波和电静息相间出现,最后是脑电活动的完全消失。当中断缺氧后,脑电图则经过相反的时相变化而恢复正常。各种类型的缺氧都可引起脑血流量的增加,颅内压升高和动、静脉血PH的变化。
