为获得钢筋锈蚀率不同的混凝土试件,对钢筋混凝土试件中的钢筋开展电化学快速锈蚀,通过钢筋开槽、内贴应变片的拔出试验,得到了不同位置处的钢筋应变实测值,由此计算出钢筋与混凝土间的粘结应力;探讨了钢筋锈蚀率与粘结应力的关系;绘制出混凝土试件的粘结应力-滑移曲线,并进一步分析了锈蚀率对滑移的影响。
In order to obtain concrete specimens with different corrosion rates of steel bars, rapid electrochemical corrosion of the steel bars in the reinforced concrete specimens was carried out. The measured values of steel strain at different positions were obtained through the pullout test of the strain gauges embedded in the steel bars. The bond stress between steel bar and concrete was calculated. The relationship between corrosion rate and bond stress was discussed. The bond stress-slip curve of concrete specimen was plotted, and the influence of corrosion rate on slip was further analyzed .
