目的通过调查重庆市主城区社区卫生服务(Community Health Service,CHS)人员工作满意度,分析现状及其影响因素,提出解决问题的有效方法。方法采用二级整群抽样方法进行抽样,培训专人用问答方式进行问卷调查。运用统计学方法分别从CHS人员的个人因素和外在因素进行分析。结果 CHS人员总体满意度为64.2%;不同人口学特征对工作满意度影响存在差异;激励机制和激励程度、福利制度、办公室工作环境和条件等是影响工作满意的重要因素。结论改善工作环境、提高职工福利待遇、建立合理的激励制度是提高CHS人员工作满意度的重要切入点。
Objective To investigate the job satisfaction of community health service (CHS) workers in the main urban area of Chongqing and analyze the status quo and influencing factors, and put forward effective ways to solve the problems. Methods A two-stage cluster sampling method was used for sampling. Trainees were trained to conduct questionnaires by means of questions and answers. The statistical methods were respectively used to analyze the individual and external factors of CHS staff. Results The overall satisfaction of CHS staff was 64.2%. Different demographic characteristics had different effects on job satisfaction. Incentive mechanism and incentive level, welfare system, working environment and conditions of office were the important factors affecting job satisfaction. Conclusion Improving the working environment, improving employee benefits, and establishing a reasonable incentive system are important entry points to improve the job satisfaction of CHS staff.
