目的:探讨核瓷瓷层厚度对IPSe.maxPress核瓷的颜色和半透性的影响。方法:制作不同厚度的IPSe.max~Press铸瓷核瓷试件,用CM-700d分光测色计分别测量每种厚度的颜色参数L*a*b*值,计算TP值和相邻两组之间的色差(△E)。结果:在白背景条件下,0.30mm、0.60mm、0.90mm、1.20mm四个厚度组的L*值分别为92.06±0.34、89.24±0.09、86.22±0.09、84.74±0.37,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);a*值分别为-1.08±0.02、-0.69±0.09、-0.28±0.05、0.36±0.09,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);b*值分别为11.69±0.31、15.40±0.64、16.09±0.14、16.16±0.18,b*值在0.90mm和1.20mm两组之间无统计学差异(P>0.05),其余各组之间均有统计学差异(P<0.05)。四个厚度组的TP值分别为27.28±0.30、20.75±0.44、18.02±0.38、12.81±0.30,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。0.30mm和0.60mm之间的色差(△E)最大,为4.70±0.47,0.90mm和1.20mm之间的色差(△E)最小,为1.62±0.27。结论:核瓷的厚度对颜色和半透性均有显著性影响。
Objective: To investigate the effect of the thickness of core porcelain on the color and semipermeability of IPSe.maxPress porcelain. Methods: IPSe.max ~ Press cast porcelain samples with different thicknesses were made. The color parameters L * a * b * of each thickness were measured respectively with CM-700d spectrophotometer. The TP value and the adjacent two Color difference between groups (△ E). Results: Under the condition of white background, the L * values of the four thickness groups of 0.30mm, 0.60mm, 0.90mm and 1.20mm were 92.06 ± 0.34, 89.24 ± 0.09, 86.22 ± 0.09 and 84.74 ± 0.37, respectively, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.01). The a * values were -1.08 ± 0.02, -0.69 ± 0.09, -0.28 ± 0.05 and 0.36 ± 0.09, respectively, with statistical significance (P <0.01) 15.40 ± 0.64, 16.09 ± 0.14 and 16.16 ± 0.18, respectively. There was no significant difference in b * values between the two groups (0.90mm and 1.20mm, P> 0.05) . The TP values of the four thickness groups were 27.28 ± 0.30, 20.75 ± 0.44, 18.02 ± 0.38 and 12.81 ± 0.30, respectively, with significant difference (P <0.01). The color difference (ΔE) between 0.30 mm and 0.60 mm was the largest, 4.70 ± 0.47, and the color difference (ΔE) between 1.20 mm and 1.20 mm was the smallest at 1.62 ± 0.27. Conclusion: The thickness of core porcelain has a significant effect on color and semipermeability.
