采用电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)测定彩妆产品中铍、铬、砷、镉、碲、钕、铊、铅等8种元素,对仪器工作参数进行优化。选取铑、钇、铟和铽作为待测元素的内标物,有效克服基质干扰。各待测元素的校准曲线的相关系数均大于0.9999,检出限为0.5—25μg/L,样品加标回收率在85%—112%之间,检测结果的相对标准偏差小于3%。该法具有快速、准确的特点,可作为彩妆产品的质量控制和安全评价。
Eight elements of beryllium, chromium, arsenic, cadmium, tellurium, neodymium, thallium and lead in makeup products were determined by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS), and the working parameters of the instrument were optimized. Select rhodium, yttrium, indium and terbium as the internal standard element to be tested to effectively overcome matrix interference. The correlation coefficients of the calibration curves of all tested elements were all greater than 0.9999. The detection limits were 0.5-25 μg / L. The recoveries of spiked samples ranged from 85% to 112%. The relative standard deviations of test results were less than 3%. The method is fast and accurate, and can be used as a quality control and safety evaluation of make-up products.
