农村学前教育的水平高低与农村学前教育教师的师资水平有着直接的关系。但是由于我国城市与农村发展差异较大,农村的师资条件及经济条件相比于城市比较落后,严重影响了农村学前教育事业的发展。其中有很多问题已经非常的明显,受到越来越多的重视,比如:农村学前教育师资力量薄弱、管理不规范、整体质量较差等问题。针对这些问题笔者提出了一些改革建议,如对农村教师实行聘任制、建立学前师资培训体系及强化学前师资管理等。希望对农村的学前教育提供帮助。
There is a direct relationship between the level of pre-school education in rural areas and that of teachers in preschool education in rural areas. However, due to the large differences between urban and rural development in our country, the conditions of teachers and economic conditions in rural areas are relatively backward compared with that of cities and seriously affected the development of pre-school education in rural areas. Many of these problems have become very obvious and are receiving more and more attention. For instance, teachers in rural pre-school education are weak, their management is not standardized and the overall quality is poor. In response to these questions I put forward some proposals for reform, such as the appointment of rural teachers, the establishment of pre-school teacher training system and strengthen pre-school teacher management. Hope to help pre-primary education in rural areas.
