当今社会以应试为主要目的、以填鸭为主要方式的教育与网络资讯的过度普及使得大学生在接触语言学这样一门有很强的理论性、抽象性、思辨性和实践性的学科时遇到诸多困难。但是语言学的这些特征恰恰给治学生思维方式上的弱点提供了一剂良药。本文作者结合自己的教学实践提出:1)语言学文献能够有效地引导学生进行批判性阅读;2)语言学教师可以有意识地引领学生观察和反思日常生活中的语言现象并提出有效的研究问题;3)作为最接近自然科学的社会科学,语言学成熟的研究方法可以帮助学生迈过学术研究的门槛。本文还对教师在语言学课程的教学中如何通过授课、提问、组织项目调研、指导论文写作等环节锻炼学生的思辨能力提出了具体建议。
In today’s society, the main purpose of the examination is to over-popularize education and internet information, which is the main way of duck-feeding, which makes university students encounter in such a subject which is very theoretical, abstract, speculative and practical in linguistics A lot of difficulties. However, these characteristics of linguistics provide a good medicine to the weak points of the students’ way of thinking. The author put forward in the light of his own teaching practice: 1) that linguistic literature can effectively guide students in critical reading; 2) linguistic teachers can consciously lead students to observe and reflect on everyday language phenomena and put forward effective research questions; 3) As a social science closest to the natural sciences, mathematic approaches to linguistics can help students overcome the threshold of academic research. This article also gives some suggestions on how to train students’ ability of thinking through lectures, asking questions, organizing project research and guiding essay writing.
