目的 探讨高强度超声 (highintensityultrasound,HIU)治疗兔肺部VX2 早期肿瘤的有效性和安全性。方法 将建立肺癌模型 4d的 32只实验兔随机分为三组 ,分别为手术组、HIU治疗组及假照组。HIU治疗组于术后 7d随意处死 2只取材作病理切片和电镜检查 ,观察局部及肺门淋巴结变化 ,另 1 0只与手术组及对照组进行比较。监测各组肺部功能前后变化情况、平均生存时间、生存质量及治愈情况。结果 病理报告示肿瘤治疗区域均见凝固性坏死 ,周围肺组织充血 ,肺门淋巴结未见肿瘤细胞浸润 ;电镜示肿瘤细胞膜被破坏 ,细胞核内染色质边集、分散 ;手术组与HIU治疗组术前、术后肺部功能无显著差异 ,平均生存时间均明显高于假照组 ,两组生存时间与治愈率无差别。结论 高强度超声治疗兔肺部VX2 早期肿瘤是安全有效的 ,有将成为肺部肿瘤微创外科的又一治疗手段
Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of high intensity ultrasound (HIU) in the treatment of early VX2 tumors in rabbits. Methods Thirty-two experimental rabbits of 4d lung cancer model were randomly divided into three groups: operation group, HIU treatment group and sham group. Two rabbits in HIU treatment group were randomly sacrificed at 7 days after operation for pathological examination and electron microscopy. Local and hilar lymph node changes were observed. The other 10 rabbits were compared with those in the operation and control groups. The pulmonary function before and after each group was monitored for changes, mean survival time, quality of life and cure. Results Pathological reports showed coagulation necrosis in the tumor treatment area, hyperemia in the surrounding lung tissue, and no infiltration of tumor cells in the hilar lymph nodes. Electron microscopy showed that the tumor cell membrane was destroyed and the chromatin in the nucleus was aggregated and scattered. The operation group and HIU treatment group Before and after the lung function was no significant difference, the average survival time were significantly higher than the sham group, the two groups of survival time and cure rate no difference. Conclusion High intensity ultrasound treatment of VX2 early lung tumors in rabbits is safe and effective, and will become another minimally invasive surgical treatment of lung tumors
