通过对10例慢性肺心病肺动脉高压患者高频喷射通气30分钟前后肺阻抗血流图的变化观察,发现高频喷射通气有确切的降低肺动脉平均压(P<0.05),肺动脉收缩压(P<0.05)及肺动脉舒张压(P<0.01)的作用.认为较大幅度地提高血氧分压对肺动脉高压有积极的治疗作用,不失为一种疗效可靠,操作简便的治疗手段.
The changes of pulmonary impedance blood flow before and after high-frequency jet ventilation in 10 patients with chronic pulmonary heart disease with pulmonary hypertension were observed. High-frequency jet ventilation was found to significantly reduce mean pulmonary artery pressure (P <0.05) and pulmonary artery systolic pressure P <0.05) and pulmonary artery diastolic pressure (P <0.01). That a more substantial increase in partial pressure of oxygen on pulmonary hypertension have a positive therapeutic effect, after all, a reliable and easy-to-use treatment.
