由于高职院学生英语基础差、学习态度不端正、动机不强,再加上陈腐的课程评价机制等原因,目前高职院校英语课程教学中存在许多学生平时不努力学习,为考试而学习的现象。本研究采用一套基于过程的多元化课程评价体系,在体系中学生是评价的主体,使评价融入整个教学过程中,从各个层面用不同的方式对学习情况进行动态的多元化诊断,从而形成“以评促学,学评结合”的良好学习管理模式,改变应试型学习现象,大大增强教学效果。
