1989年8月,《新闻三昧》经新闻出版署批准公开发行第一期。从此,我国众多新闻业务刊物中又诞生一家颇具特色的,专门以企业新闻工作者,包括企业报、企业电视台、企业中的报纸通讯员和工会宣传工作者为读者对象的新闻业务刊物。这本刊物的产生,可以说是应企业报之运而公开发行的。一1984年,我开始负责工人日报通联部的工作,我想工作的重点一定要加强与通讯员联系和对通讯员进行业务培训。为此,我请示了报社的领导,领导非常支持。于是,
