教学质量是办学水平的主要标志。教学质量的高低最终是要体现在学生对知识的掌握和运用于实践的能力上,但起决定作用的主要因素是教师教的质量。近年来,我校在狠抓教师的教学质量工作中,采用量化考核管理手段,取得了一定成效,受到了全校教职工和上级主管部门的好评,1993年我校被省教委评为省级重点中专,1994年又被国内贸易部确定为部级重点中专。现将我校对教师教学质量量化考核管理的实践与体会浅谈如下,请兄弟学校指正。1 对教师教学质量量化考核的主要指标体系与考评办法 根据整个教学过程中的主要环节,我校就教师的教学质量主要设置了以下几项量化考核管理指标:
