换流阀是高压直流输电(HVDC)系统的核心装备之一,其性能直接影响整个系统的可靠性和稳定性。晶闸管级单元是高压直流换流阀中的最小单元,在直流输电工程投运前以及设备检修期间,需要对每一个阀组件晶闸管级单元进行例行试验,工作量巨大。目前没有针对TCU结构晶闸管级单元的具体例行试验方案,系统地建立一套TCU结构晶闸管级的试验方法,为换流阀的可靠运行和检修,提高必要保障和技术支持显得尤为重要。文中在分析晶闸管级单元电气原理及失效模式的基础上,结合IEC 60700-1—2008,提出了针对TCU结构晶闸管级单元的试验项目、方法,并将该例行试验方法投入实际工程中应用,通过试验验证了文中研究方法的合理性和正确性。
Converter valve is one of the core equipment of HVDC system, its performance directly affects the reliability and stability of the entire system. Thyristor-level unit is the smallest unit in the HVDC converter valve. Before the commissioning of the HVDC transmission project and equipment overhauling, it is necessary to carry out routine tests on each thyristor unit of the valve assembly, which requires a lot of work. At present, there is no specific routine test scheme for thyristor-level units of TCU structure and a set of thyristor-level test methods are systematically established. It is very important to improve the reliable operation and maintenance of the converter valve and to enhance the necessary support and technical support. Based on the analysis of the electrical principle and failure mode of thyristor-level cell and the combination of IEC 60700-1-2008, this paper presents the test items and methods for the thyristor-level cell of TCU structure. The routine test method is put into practical application, The experiment verifies the rationality and correctness of the research methods in this paper.
