一、试验目的油桐是我省主要木本工业油料植物,是重要的出口物资.测定其粗脂肪含量对于了解油脂品质、选育优良品种、开发利用资源等都具有重要意义.桐油的主要成分是桐酸,它的分子结构具有十八碳元子及三个共轭双键,是优良干性液体植物油之一,对温度特别敏感,极易氧化.因此在测定粗脂肪过程中样品烘干温度和烘干时间的选定十分重要.但是目前尚未见到油桐粗脂肪测定的部颁标准,对油桐样品的烘干温度和烘干时间没有统一规定,这就很难保证测定结果的准确,也不利于有关数据的相互比较.为了探索油桐粗脂肪含量测定中的最佳烘干温度和时间,进行了本项试验.
