2015年1月9日,国家科学技术奖励大会在人民大会堂举行。由中国农业科学院蔬菜花卉研究所方智远院士主持完成的“甘蓝雄性不育系育种技术体系的建立与新品种选育”荣获2014年度国家科学技术进步奖二等奖。为克服甘蓝自交不亲和系杂交制种中易出现假杂种、亲本繁殖需人工授粉成本高等弊端,方智远带领甘蓝课题组成员,历经多年从30多万株种株中发现了甘蓝新型雄性不育源79-399-3,经研究阐明其不育性为显性核单基因控制,并从其自交后代中选育出纯合不育株,利用分子标记辅助选择技
On January 9, 2015, the National Science and Technology Awards Conference was held in the Great Hall of the People. By the Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences, Institute of Vegetables and Flowers, presided over by Professor Fang Zhiyuan completed “cabbage male sterile line breeding system and selection of new breeding” won the 2014 National Science and Technology Progress Award second prize. In order to overcome the drawbacks such as the false hybrids and the high cost of artificial pollination in the hybrid seed production of selfing incompatibility lines in cabbage, Fang Zhiyuan leads the members of the cabbage research group. After years of discovering the new type of male cabbage in more than 300,000 strains Yuyuan 79-399-3, the research shows that its sterility is dominated by dominant single nucleotide gene, and its selfing offspring breeding of homozygous sterile plants, the use of molecular marker-assisted selection technology
