随着中药事业的发展,中药在来源、生产、工艺、规格、质量标准等方面,愈来愈需标准化要求,而某些中药名称的错读又是阻碍中药标准化发展的原因之一,应引起中药界高度重视。笔者认为,中药标准化应首先读音标准化,不得错读错传,应以中国药典为准统一中药名称读音。现结合常遇到的某些药物在信息交流中的误读现象,就某些中药名称读音问题略加说明,以供同道参考。例如,大黄的“大”误读dài,应读dà,山药的“药”误读yuè,应读yào;川芎的“芎”误读gōng,应读xiōug;马齿苋的“苋”误读jiàn,应读;xiàn;牛蒡子的“蒡”误读bàng,应读bàng;牛膝的“膝”误读qǐ,应读xī,水牛角的“角”误读jué,
With the development of traditional Chinese medicine, Chinese medicines increasingly require standardization in terms of sources, production, technology, specifications, and quality standards. The misreading of some Chinese medicine names is one of the reasons that hinder the development of traditional Chinese medicines. The Chinese medicine industry attaches great importance to it. The author believes that the standardization of Chinese medicine should be the first to standardize pronunciation, and it is not allowed to read the wrong one. It should be based on the Chinese Pharmacopoeia. The misunderstanding of the information exchanges of certain drugs that are often encountered is briefly explained in terms of the pronunciation of certain Chinese medicine names for reference. For example, rhubarb’s “big” misreading dài, reading dà, yam’s “medicine” misreading yuè, reading yào; Chuanxiong’s “芎” misreading gōng, reading xiōug; purslane’s “苋” misreading Jiàn, reading; xiàn; Niu Zizi’s “蒡” misread bàng, should read bàng; Achyranthes “knee” misread qǐ, read xī, buffalo horn’s “corner” misreading jué,
