本文对双色散结构的声面波脉冲压缩滤波器给出了一种方法比较严格、运算比较简捷的新的理论分析方法。其依据是,发射换能器所幅射的声脉冲和接收换能器相重迭的区域,随时间而变化。文中用此法预计了加权方式、收口长度、断指等因素对器件性能的影响,并作了实验验证。还就中心频率为60MHz,带宽为12 MHz,时延分别为7μs和12μs的两种脉冲压缩滤波器的研制结果作了介绍。
In this paper, we give a new method of theoretical analysis for the two-chromatic dispersion structure of SAW pulse compression filter. This is based on the fact that the area where the acoustic pulses radiated by the transmitting transducer overlap the receiving transducers varies with time. In this paper, this method is used to predict the influence of factors such as weighting method, shut-off length and broken fingers on the performance of the device, and experimental verification is made. The results of the development of two pulse compression filters with a center frequency of 60 MHz, a bandwidth of 12 MHz, and delay times of 7 μs and 12 μs, respectively, are also presented.
