目的 探讨bcl-2、P~(53)在乳腺癌中的表达及其意义。方法 应用免疫组化S-P法检测70例乳腺癌及20例乳腺良性病变中bcl-2和P~(53)的表达。结果 bcl-2与P~(53)表达之间差异有显著性,呈负相关(P<0.05)。bcl-2和P~(53)表达与组织学分级有关(P<0.05),bcl-2表达随分级增加阳性率降低,P~(53)表达与腋窝淋巴转移有关(P<0.05)。bcl-2表达与腋窝淋巴结转移无关(P>0.05)。结论 bcl-2表达与淋巴结转移无关,其阳性表达可反映肿瘤属分化好或属早期阶段。P~(53)表达与淋巴结转移呈正相关。
Objective To investigate the expression and significance of bcl-2 and P53 in breast cancer. Methods Immunohistochemical S-P method was used to detect the expression of bcl-2 and P53 in 70 cases of breast cancer and 20 cases of benign breast lesions. Results The difference between bcl-2 and P53 expression was significant and negatively correlated (P<0.05). The expression of bcl-2 and P53 was related to the histological grade (P<0.05). The positive rate of bcl-2 expression decreased with the grade increase. The expression of P53 was related to axillary lymph node metastasis (P<0.05). There was no relationship between bcl-2 expression and axillary lymph node metastasis (P>0.05). Conclusion The expression of bcl-2 is not related to lymph node metastasis. The positive expression of bcl-2 may reflect that the tumor is well differentiated or belongs to the early stage. P53 expression was positively correlated with lymph node metastasis.
