本文通过对泥沼地区现浇基础机械化施工成本与常规施工的成本发展趋势进行分析比较,从经济性上来确定未来机械化施工的必要性。以一段1.5km、4基铁塔的基础施工为例,对以人力为主的常规施工模式与机械化施工模式的造价进行经济比较,并就常规施工模式中当前人机成本及其未来趋势成本和机械化施工模式中当前人机成本及其未来趋势成本进行对比分析。从经济性上来讲,在泥沼地区推广机械化施工是必要的,可以解决施工人力减少、劳动成本上涨等问题,提高施工效率。
In this paper, we analyzed and compared the cost of cast-in-place mechanized construction in cast-in-place soil with the cost of conventional construction, and determined the necessity of mechanized construction in the future. Taking a section of 1.5km, 4-base tower construction as an example, this paper compares the cost of conventional man-based construction mode with that of mechanized construction mode and compares the current man-machine cost and its future trend costs and mechanization in conventional construction mode Current man-machine costs and their future trend costs in construction mode are compared and analyzed. Economically, it is necessary to popularize mechanized construction in the muddy areas, which can solve the problems of reduced construction manpower and labor costs, and improve construction efficiency.
