厦漳跨海大桥北汊主桥为主跨780m的半漂浮体系双塔双索面斜拉桥。北汊主桥共有平行钢丝斜拉索25组(25×4×2=200根),单索最长为408.5m,重32.5t,梁端锚固结构为锚拉板,塔端锚固结构为钢锚梁。根据安装方式不同,将斜拉索分为短索和长索两种。短索采用塔端硬牵引方式:塔端安装-安装张拉杆下放-梁端压锚-张拉,长索采用塔端软牵引方式:塔端锚杯安装软牵引钢铰线-塔端挂设和展索-梁面展索-梁端压锚(最大压锚索力小于30t)-软牵引初张拉-硬牵引终张拉;采用梁端控制压锚索力,塔端软牵引并增加钢铰线的数量,充分降低了安全风险,长度在320m的斜拉索安装效率为1.5根/天。
