在邓小平同志视察南方重要谈话和党的十四大精神的指导下.经过最近一次全国范围的班子换届.一大批优秀年轻干部走上各级领导岗位,在推进领导班子年轻化方面,取得了可喜的进展。但不能不看到,这次换届是在各级班子成员年龄普遍偏大的情况下进行的.因而与中央要求和班子建设的实际需要相比.还有一定差距。班子的年龄结构还没有形成梯次,未来几年内一大批干部将陆续年龄到杠,急需补充。一些地方和部门领导班子老化问题
