[目的]探明井冈霉素与嘧啶核苷类抗菌素(嘧苷素)复配剂对白术白绢病的防治效果,并形成应用技术。[方法]采用生长速率法测定室内抑菌活性,并进行安全性评价、田间药效试验和应用技术研究。[结果]井冈霉素、嘧苷素对白术白绢病具有一定的离体抑菌活性,其EC50值为69.80、83.91 mg/L;筛选明确了井冈霉素与嘧苷素配比为5∶1时,具有最高活性(EC50值为65.25 mg/L)和最大共毒系数(CTC为110.06)。6%井冈·嘧苷素AS对白术生长具有较好的安全性,试验剂量下喷雾20 d后,株高抑制率为-0.52%~0.92%。田间药效试验表明,6%井冈·嘧苷素AS使用剂量为450 g a.i./hm2时,喷雾防治2次的田间防效在72.37%~84.28%之间。且连续喷雾防治3次比灌根处理可取得更好的防治效果。[结论]6%井冈·嘧苷素AS能够有效控制白术白绢病危害,可在生产上推广应用。
[Objective] The research aimed to study the prevention and cure effect of Jinggangmycin and pyrimidine nucleoside antibiotic (azithromycin) on Atrazus. [Method] The indoor antibacterial activity was determined by the growth rate method, and the safety evaluation, field efficacy test and applied technology were studied. [Result] Validamycin and pyrimethamine had some antibacterial activity in vitro against albacterium tumefate, the EC50 values were 69.80 and 83.91 mg / L, and the ratio of validamycin to pyrimethanil was 5: 1, the highest activity (EC50 value of 65.25 mg / L) and the maximum co-toxicity coefficient (CTC of 110.06). 6% Jinggangpirin AS had good safety on the growth of Atractylodes macrocephala. After 20 days of spraying, the plant height inhibition rate was -0.52% ~ 0.92%. Field efficacy trials showed that the field control efficacy of spraying 6% Jinggangpisin AS at a dosage of 450 g a.i./hm2 was between 72.37% and 84.28% for 2 times. And continuous spray control 3 times than irrigation can get better control effect. [Conclusion] 6% Jinggangsuyin AS can effectively control the damage of atractylodes rhizotomica and can be widely applied in production.
