平板冲件或立体成形件的展开毛坯在板、条、带料上的排列与布置称之为排样。在冲压工艺编制及冲模设计中,排样设计是一项技术性很强、涉及面很广且十分复杂又十分重要的设计工作。冲压排样直接影响到冲压材料利用率、冲模结构及寿命、冲件精度及质量、冲压生产率及冲件成本等,故冲压排样不仅有方法和技巧,而且还包含有大量的冲压工艺技巧和冲模设计技术的内容,故通称为“冲压排样技术”,简称“排样技术”。
