失敏是生物界的普遍现象，在生理及病理状态下，受体失敏在控制细胞间信息交流及信号传导过程中有着重要作用。本文对近几年受体调节研究中失敏的机制进行了综述，并强调了受体失敏调节机制的复杂性及其在毒理学研究中的重要性。
Desensitization is a common phenomenon in the biological world. Under physiological and pathological conditions, receptor desensitization plays an important role in the control of cell-cell information exchange and signal transduction. This review summarizes the mechanism of desensitization in receptor modulation studies in recent years and highlights the complexity of the mechanism of receptor desensitization and its importance in toxicology studies.
