本文是在研制水力机组微机在线辨识系统的基础上,对某水电厂机组进行在线辨识试验的总结。试验在三个负荷水平下进行,分别实时得出了水轮机(含压力管道)在相应工况下的脉冲传递函数,经与实测过程校验,结果相当吻合。试验也证明了本微机在线辨识系统的硬、软件均能稳定工作,抗干扰性能良好。本试验方法可在不影响机组正常运行的条件下进行,所提供的数学模型可供调速器参数整定之用。同时为进一步实现计算机高级控制方式建立必要的基础。
This article is a summary of on-line identification test of a hydropower plant on the basis of developing on-line microcomputer identification system of hydraulic power unit. The test was carried out under three load levels, and the pulse transfer function of the turbine (including the pressure pipe) under the corresponding operating conditions was obtained in real time. The results were in good agreement with the actual test. The test also proves that the hardware and software of the microcomputer online identification system can work stably and the anti-interference performance is good. This test method can be carried out without affecting the normal operation of the unit. The mathematical model provided can be used for parameter setting of the governor. At the same time, we will establish the necessary foundation for further realization of advanced computer control methods.
