文章研究了生菜水培中5种悬根长度(0、1、2、3、4 cm)对其产量、品质、生理指标和水中溶解氧浓度的影响。结果表明,生菜在2 cm悬根处理下,地上、地下生物量的鲜重,干重最大;4 cm处理条件下最小。适当提高悬根长度,有助于Vc和可溶性蛋白的积累。悬根长度处理中叶片叶绿素含量高低顺序为1 cm>2 cm>3 cm>0 cm>4 cm。根系活力在试验进行至第1周时,除4 cm处理生菜根系活力显著低于其他4个处理,其他各处理间根系活力差异不显著。从试验进行至第2周开始,2 cm处理生菜根系活力均明显高于其余4个处理。通过对营养液中溶解氧含量的检测发现,在一定范围内,悬根长度与水中溶解氧含量呈正相关趋势。综合考虑产量,生理指标和品质(2 cm处理产量为83.00 g/株,Vc含量为12.82 mg/100 g,可溶性蛋白为7.86 mg/g),水培生菜的高度建议采用2 cm悬根处理。
The effects of five kinds of hanging root length (0, 1, 2, 3, 4 cm) on the yield, quality, physiological index and dissolved oxygen concentration in the water culture of lettuce were studied. The results showed that the fresh weight and dry weight of above and below ground biomass of lettuce were the highest under the 2 cm dangling roots and the lowest under 4 cm. Appropriate increase in hanging root length, contribute to the accumulation of Vc and soluble protein. The order of leaf chlorophyll content in hanging-root length treatment was 1 cm> 2 cm> 3 cm> 0 cm> 4 cm. Root activity in the test until the first week, in addition to 4 cm lettuce root activity was significantly lower than the other four treatments, the other treatments were no significant difference in root activity. From the beginning of the experiment until the second week, root vigor of 2 cm lettuce was significantly higher than the other four treatments. Through the detection of dissolved oxygen in nutrient solution, it was found that there is a positive correlation between the length of hanging root and dissolved oxygen in water within a certain range. Considering the yield, physiological index and quality (2 cm treatment yield is 83.00 g / plant, Vc content is 12.82 mg / 100 g and soluble protein is 7.86 mg / g), the height of hydroponic lettuce is suggested to be treated by 2 cm dangling roots.
