鉴于认知语言学中的原型范畴理论突破了传统的二元结构,创新了语言学习方式,所以在新形势下,有必要对其进行探讨。针对原型论在语言学习和语言教学中的重要性,本文从英语词汇教学入手,就原型论带给英语词汇教学的启示进行论述,强调教师在开展英语教学活动时,一定要注重英语词汇的教学,要尽量采取可能措施加强学生对同义词、同级词以及同根词的归纳和总结,加强对多义词的掌握等,达到增加学生词汇量,并能准确运用词汇的目的。
Since the prototype category theory in cognitive linguistics has broken the traditional dual structure and innovated the way of language learning, it is necessary to discuss it in the new situation. In view of the importance of archetypical theory in language learning and language teaching, this essay begins with the teaching of English vocabulary and expounds the enlightenment brought by archetypical theory to English vocabulary teaching. It emphasizes that teachers should pay attention to the teaching of English vocabulary when carrying out English teaching activities , We should try our best to take measures to strengthen students ’induction and summarization of synonyms, same-level words and same root words, and strengthen the mastery of polysemous words so as to increase students’ vocabulary and use vocabulary correctly.
