本文介绍三吨模锻锤悬吊式板簧隔振装置的结构特点、工作原理、设计要点和实测的主要参数。该装置能在不影响打击效率和生产率的条件下,使基础加速度降低约9/10。普遍推广这种允许锻锤自身产生较大位移的砧下直接隔振的方法,能在投资不大的前提下收到降低厂房和基础造价、提高生产面积利用率、改善劳动条件、消除公害等方面的社会经济效益。
This paper introduces the structural features, working principle, design points and the main measured parameters of the three-ton die forging hammer suspended leaf spring vibration isolation device. The device can reduce the base acceleration by about 9/10 without affecting the efficiency and productivity of strikes.
