目的探讨血清高尔基体蛋白73(Golgi protein 73,GP73)和甲胎蛋白(alpha-fetoprotein,AFP)对肝细胞肝癌(hepatocellular carcinoma,HCC)的诊断价值。方法 150例HCC患者为HCC组,108例慢性肝炎患者为慢性肝炎组,100例体检健康者为对照组,采用双抗体夹心酶联免疫法检测3组血清GP73水平,采用电化学发光免疫分析法检测AFP水平。结果 HCC组血清GP73(212.8(87.0,279.1)μg/L)、AFP(5 212.8(1 587,22 279.1)μg/L)水平高于慢性肝炎组(55.3(27.0,83.2)μg/L和3.5(1.7,15.5)μg/L)和对照组(52.9(17.0,80.4)μg/L和2.9(1.5,14.7)μg/L)(P均<0.05);HCC组GP73、AFP阳性率分别为69%和70%,二者联合检测诊断HCC的敏感性为83%。结论血清GP73在HCC中高表达,可鉴别肝脏的良、恶性疾病,与AFP联合检测可提高检出率。
Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of serum Golgi protein 73 (GP73) and alpha-fetoprotein (AFP) in hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC). Methods 150 cases of HCC patients were HCC group, 108 cases of chronic hepatitis were chronic hepatitis group, 100 cases of healthy subjects were control group. Serum GP73 levels were measured by double antibody sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay, AFP levels were measured. Results The levels of GP73 (212.8 (87.0, 279.1) μg / L) and AFP (5 212.8 (1587, 27 279.1) μg / L) in HCC group were significantly higher than those in chronic hepatitis group (1.7,15.5) μg / L and 52.9 (17.0,80.4) μg / L and 2.9 (1.5,14.7 μg / L) respectively (all P <0.05). The positive rates of GP73 and AFP in HCC group were 69 % And 70% respectively. The sensitivity of the two methods for the diagnosis of HCC was 83%. Conclusion Serum GP73 is highly expressed in HCC, which can identify benign and malignant diseases of the liver. Combined detection with AFP can improve the detection rate.
