在完成私有化半个月后,7天与凯雷投资集团、红杉资本共同组建铂涛酒店集团,将推出铂涛菲诺、丽·枫和喆·啡等多个品牌。其中,铂涛菲诺是最高端的品牌,酒店品牌副总裁卢小丽说,一些五星级酒店奢华但不实用,比如游泳池的利用率不足10%,但设施的定价全部打进房费,铂涛菲诺定位mini五星,去繁为简,性价比更高。铂涛菲诺计划于年内首开10家酒店,覆盖5!8个城市;到2016年突破100家,覆盖10!15个城市。
