“余赤231—8”是我县当前晚稻主要栽培的常规品种。但由于感温性强,对秧龄要求严格,超过30天就会老化,甚至发生早穗影响产量。为了解决这个问题,我所多次进行割秧试验,均获得较好效果。1981年6月19日,播种30天后,在秧苗主茎离地2寸处,将上部的茎叶用镰刀割去。8月1日移栽,秧龄42天,经割秧的处理每亩增收稻谷60斤,增产9.4％。 “Yu Chi 231-8” is the county’s main varieties of conventional rice cultivation.
