本文作者为武汉汽轮发电机厂厂长。五十年代初期,他戎装初卸,即担任武汉柴油机厂的厂长,主持生产了我国第一台手扶拖拉机。迄今已有三十年的治厂经验。其间,他曾先后就读于中南政法学院法律系和武汉大学哲学系,并潜心自学机械制造的业务技术。他认为,对老企业的技术改造应该眼睛向内。走挖潜、革新的道路。这既是他的经验之诙,也是他联系我国国情和实际,针对“投资饥饿症”所作的理论探讨。一九八一年底,他新任武汉汽轮发电机厂厂长后,以此理论用之于改造这个大型企业,使这个曾经是年年亏损、技术落后的老厂焕发青春,一跃而成为生产能力不断扩大、产品不断更新升级的盈利大户,国家有关部门的负责同志参观该厂后,对他们厂坚持改革、向内使劲、搞活企业的作法给予充分肯定。去年,赵紫阳总理在武汉听取了于志安的汇报后赞扬说:“旧设备加电脑控制,这很好。”
The author of this article is the director of Wuhan Turbine Generator Factory. At the beginning of the fifties, he pretended to unload, that is, the director of the Wuhan Diesel Engine Factory and presided over the production of the first hand-held tractor in China.
