该文基于个性化Willis环的颈动脉-眼动脉瘤模型,通过计算机数值分析和体外实验考察了完整Willis环结构内眼动脉瘤对血流调节的影响。计算结果显示,当右侧颈动脉与眼动脉分叉处形成动脉瘤以后,同侧的眼动脉以及中脑动脉的流量增加。同时,右侧后交通动脉的流动发生转向,由之前的颈动脉至后脑动脉变成了由后脑动脉至颈动脉。该结果与基于个性化模型的实验结果完全一致。这些结果表明,动脉瘤的存在会明显改变Willis环的血流特性,使脑血流通过交通动脉的调节实现重新分配。研究也进一步验证了交通动脉在Willis环血流调节中的重要作用。
Based on a personalized Willis ring model of carotid-ocular aneurysm, we investigated the effects of intraocular aneurysms in the entire Willis ring on blood flow regulation by computer numerical analysis and in vitro experiments. The results show that when the right carotid and ophthalmic bifurcation at the formation of an aneurysm, ipsilateral ophthalmic and middle cerebral artery flow increased. At the same time, the flow of the right posterior communicating artery turns from the posterior cerebral artery to the carotid artery from the previous carotid artery to the posterior cerebral artery. The result is completely consistent with the experimental results based on the personalized model. These results indicate that the presence of aneurysms significantly changes the blood flow characteristics of the Willis ring and redistributes cerebral blood flow through the regulation of the traffic artery. The study also further verified the important role of traffic artery in the regulation of Willis ring blood flow.
