免疫组织化学技术常用的标记物有荧光素和酶;由于免疫酶法可在普通光学显微镜下进行观察,具有定位精确,并能使切片长期保存等优点,故近年来广为应用。其中尤以ABC法具有敏感性高,染色时间短,价廉等优点,故免疫病理室多用此法进行检测,本文对50例不同类型乳癌患者用ABC法检测其雌激素(ER)、孕激素(PR)、睾酮受体及癌胚抗原(CEA)结果现报告如下:
Immunohistochemical technology commonly used markers are fluorescein and enzymes; due to the immunoenzymatic method can be observed under ordinary light microscope, with accurate positioning, and can make long-term preservation of the advantages of the slice, it has been widely used in recent years. Among them, the ABC method has the advantages of high sensitivity, short dyeing time, low cost, etc. Therefore, the immune pathology laboratory uses this method for detection. This article used 50 patients with different types of breast cancer to detect estrogen (ER) and progesterone by ABC method.
