目前国内开沟器圆盘一般都不进行热处理,使用寿命很低;个别厂采用电阻炉加热,人工操作进行热处理,质量不稳定,也不适于现代化生产的要求。为实现机械化和自动化生产,我们进行了中频感应加热热处理试验,已获得初步成功。 开沟器圆盘用厚2.5毫米的65Mn钢板制成,尺寸见图1。试验是在BPS100/8000型(100千瓦,8000赫芝)中频机组上进行的。先后进行了九种感应器的对比试验,最后选用三匝同心圆感应器,并经过GR2-500/80型多匝比中频变压器与电源相连,选用变比为5,感应器尺寸如图2。在此感应器上进行了淬火加热和感应回火的试验。淬火加热的试验结果列于表1
At present, domestic opener discs are generally not heat-treated, and have a low service life.
