研究了在含H_2S气体的气氛中进行S—N共渗的原理、H_2S气体分压和共渗温度对FC25铸铁共渗层组织形态的影响。添加H_2S气体所形成的硫氮共渗层其表面化合物层中有硫化物析出相,内层有氮化物析出相。表面化合物层的组织随H_2S气体分压而变化。H_2S分压低时,渗层由3层构成;H_2S分压高时则由2层构成。外层为灰色析出物,最表层呈多孔状,
The principle of S-N co-permeation in the atmosphere containing H 2 S gas, the effect of H 2 S gas partial pressure and co-infiltration temperature on the microstructure of FC25 cast iron co-infiltrated layer were studied. The sulfuritriding layer formed by adding H2S gas has sulfide precipitation phase in the surface compound layer and nitride precipitation phase in the inner layer. The composition of the surface compound layer varies with the partial pressure of H 2 S gas. H 2 S partial pressure is low, the infiltration layer consists of three layers; H_2S partial pressure is high when composed of two layers.
