对熔炼铁捕集物采用两段逆流浸出工艺富集铂族金属进行研究。结果表明,在铁捕集物粉粒度为–0.425 mm,一段浸出温度为常温,浸出硫酸浓度为1.7~1.8 mol/L,固液比(S:L)=1:10,反应时间为0.5 h;二段浸出温度为75℃,浸出硫酸浓度为2 mol/L,S:L=1:50,反应时间为4 h。经此两段浸出后,铂族金属的平均富集倍数为70.6,铂族金属回收率大于99.8%。
Two-stage countercurrent leaching process was used to enrich PGMs for smelting iron capture. The results showed that when the particle size of iron capture concentrate was -0.425 mm, the leaching temperature was normal temperature, the concentration of leaching sulfuric acid was 1.7-1.8 mol / L, the solid-liquid ratio (S: L) was 1:10 and the reaction time was 0.5 h ; The second-stage leaching temperature was 75 ℃, the leaching sulfuric acid concentration was 2 mol / L, S: L = 1:50 and the reaction time was 4 h. After these two stages of leaching, the average enrichment rate of platinum group metal is 70.6, and the recovery rate of platinum group metal is more than 99.8%.
