采用免疫组化和电镜方法,观察了60只BALB/c小鼠经口伤寒杆菌诱导下上皮内淋巴细胞(IEL)的形态、迁移和配布特征。结果表明,上述IEL有B和T两种淋巴细胞,其中以B淋巴细胞为主。IEL中B淋巴细胞有两种形态,一种细胞器较少,与上皮微绒毛之间有高电子密度,说明与抗原传递有关。另一种细胞器丰富,含大量扩张内质网,可能与蛋白分泌有关。因此提示IEL不仅是粘膜免疫反应的效应场所,而且也是诱导场所。同时也提示了伤寒杆菌能诱导淋巴细胞向小肠上皮和dome上皮迁移,且dome区上皮比小肠上皮更易接受抗原刺激
Immunohistochemistry and electron microscopy were used to observe the morphology, migration and distribution of intraepithelial lymphocytes (IEL) induced by Salmonella typhi in 60 BALB / c mice. The results showed that the IEL B and T lymphocytes are two kinds of lymphocytes, including B lymphocytes. There are two forms of B lymphocytes in IEL, one with fewer organelles and a higher electron density with epithelial microvilli, which indicates that the B lymphocytes are related to antigen delivery. Another kind of organelles is rich, with a large number of expanded endoplasmic reticulum, may be related to protein secretion. Therefore, IEL is not only the site of mucosal immune response, but also the induction site. It is also suggested that Salmonella typhi induces the migration of lymphocytes to the small intestine epithelium and the dome epithelium, and the dome area epithelium is more receptive to antigen stimulation than the small intestine epithelium
