在前不久举行的吉林省境外就业工作经验交流会上,针对境外就业人员总量增加,就业区域扩大,境外就业突发事件和侵权现象增多等实际情况,吉林省劳动保障厅副厅长申奉澈特别强调,对境外就业突发事件必须本着“谁派出、谁负责”的原则,妥善加以解决。据透露,这一处理境外就业突发事件的基本原则将被纳入即将出台的《吉林省境外就业突发事件应急预案》,进一步明确境外就业中介机构的主体责任,规范其经营行为。
In the recently held exchange meeting on overseas employment in Jilin Province, in response to the actual situation of the increase in the total number of overseas employment, the expansion of the employment area, the increase of overseas employment accidents and infringements, the deputy director of the Jilin Provincial Department of Labor and Social Security Che stressed in particular that the accident on overseas employment must be properly resolved in line with the principle of “who is sent and who is responsible”. According to reports, this basic principle of handling overseas employment emergencies will be incorporated into the forthcoming Emergency Response Plan for Employment Emergencies outside Jilin Province to further clarify the main responsibilities of overseas employment agencies and regulate their business operations.
